Step 1

For all returned forms add the following constituent attribute: (Information Management Officer (Gifts) doesn’t need to do this – can be added as global change at a later stage)

 

Category = Alumni Reply Form Response

Description = 2018 Reply Form Returned

Date = F3 for today’s date

Step 2

Update personal details (email, phone etc).

Step 3

If someone has ticked the ‘Voting in alumni elections’ box, then add the following constituent attribute:

 

Category = Alumni Register

Description = by post

Date = F3 for today’s date

Step 4

Business Details update based on ‘What are you doing now?’

Step 5

Manchester in the Family: link these as individual relationships. See the guide here for how to do this.

Step 6

Your Involvement with the University since graduating: If anything has been entered in this box then once you have completed the form it needs to go to Dave Hargreaves (david.hargreaves@manchester.ac.uk).
