Add an Email Address (None Currently Exist)

This guide will show you how to update an email address for a constituent where none previously exist.

Step 1

Click on the Email Addresses tab in the lower right section of Bio 1.

Step 2

Select Type of email from drop down list (usually Personal or Business) and enter the address under the Address column. Tick the Primary option if this is the email address the constituent would like to be contacted on.

Constituents with email addresses must have one marked as primary and this is the one they will receive communications to, unless they have opted out of email contact, in which case no email will be ticked as primary and all emails will be marked as inactive.

Step 3

Once you have finished adding the constituent’s email address, ensure you click on Save and Close.
